For a variety of reasons you may be feeling overwhelmed, in pain, exhausted, anxious, stuck in a rut, living with  a challenging long term health condition or caring for someone who has .

What ever is going on for you, now might be the time to seek help navigating forward to the life you want.

As The Tapping O.T  I offer a range of tailored practical and therapeutic services designed to support your unique journey towards well-being, in clinic, online or at home. 
 
My approach can include - 

​Comprehensive personalised assessments to understand your needs and craft a therapy plan that works best for you.

Occupational Therapy to support functional well-being life skills.
 
Sit-down talking therapy to create a safe space for reflection.
 
Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) to help navigate emotional challenges .

Together, we will work towards meaningful and lasting change.

Following my initial  assessment, we could prioritise where to focus our intervention. For example we might look at the demands placed on you at home or work, whether your environment helps or hinders you, whether you are coping with everyday tasks that are important to you.

We might look at your skills or strengths and see how they match up with the demands placed on you. We might explore how you feel about yourself and others and whether you have been impacted by trauma or are experiencing constant stress.

Some recommendations following an assessment could be practical, like adaptations or equipment in your home or work, some might explore the ways you can change or adapt your roles or routines, or they might address emotional overwhelm or cognitive  blocks that you are experiencing.
